2005 FORD EXPLORER

Note's

1) This Explorer has a Drive by-wire throttle-body

2) EGR connection is on the passenger side

3) Ranger water neck on it

4) EGR we extended the wires

5) welded the flange to get the throttle body location

6) The Explorer throttle body has a different bolt spacing too So we had to re-drill  thread the new holes with heli coils That way we could us the factory bolts

7) We also changed the fuel system around. We didn't use the supplied fuel block. We used a T & fittings that connected to the factory lines

8) We used 39lbs injectors

9) customer also had the blower ported
